DELIVERIES
We can ship to anywhere on local address which can receive regular postal services. For overseas delivery, customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs and import duties vary, we are unable to tell you the exact costs. Do contact your local customs office to find out about additional charges.

DELIVERY METHODS
We use GDex and/or Pos Laju as our appointed courier company for all the deliveries within Malaysia. Please make sure the delivery address have someone to receive and acknowledge receipt the goods. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

Flat rate RM6 (WEST MALAYSIA) 
Flat rate RM12 (EAST MALAYSIA) 

For oversea country delivery, shipping fee vary according to different country. Please check website for latest updated rate or email us at yicco88@gmail.com for assistant.

FREE Shipping Condition:
Free shipping offer for West Malaysia delivery must order above RM88.
Free shipping offer for East Malaysia delivery must order above RM200.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Within Malaysia:
Lead Time: 1 - 3 working days
* Order and payment received BEFORE 11:00AM on working day will be processed and send out the same day.
All the orders will only be processed upon full payment received.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for any delays due to specific reason from the shipping company.

Outside Malaysia:
Lead Time: 7 - 14 working days
After order and payment received, we will process and send out in 1-2 working day.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for any delays due to specific reason from the shipping company.
Deliveries lead time is subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours.
We do not responsible for any custom taxes and duty.
Where such circumstances occur, the recipient is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country.
We do not responsible for any losses and damages of parcel once the parcel pass to the shipping carrier for delivery. We advise customer to insured additional insurance for in case anything happen.

Please Note:
* Working Day: Monday to Friday (No order processing on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on next working day.
MyBeauty88 only guarantee order processing time.  Delivery lead time will depend entirely on the shipping company and local post office.
The shipping carrier and post office operation with MyBeauty88 is not in any relationship, we cannot interfere with their operations practice. Please be informed that delivery time frame is out of our control.
Weather, traffic, accidents, and shipping company internal problems may also part of the affecting factors for parcel delay in reaching your delivery address. If it is urgent order, then please consider carefully, MyBeauty88 totally does not responsible for any delay in delivery.


DELIVERY NOTIFICATION
After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been delivered. If you do not receive the delivery notification email, you also can log in "My Account" anytime to check the status of order.


RETURN ITEMS
MyBeauty88 provides 7 days return warranty and money back guarantee when you purchase from us. All products are checked for quality before delivery. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition. However, we will exchange and refund based on the following terms and conditions:

Wrong item delivered, defected item, quality problem, change of mind or not satisfied.
Claims for exchange or refund must be made within one week of delivery.
Please make sure the item is not being used and returned product must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags. Any used, scratches or damages caused by customers careless will not be accepted.
Products under home appliances are none returnable or exchangeable. 
All refund will not be in cash basis. We will refund the cash balance in the form of store credit to your MyBeauty88 account which will allows you to make amount deduction in your next order.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
Unless it is our mistake of sending the wrong item, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange.

You must contact us in advance or email to us before you return the items. Otherwise we would not entertain those returned products without notification. Please note that we do not accept any returned and exchanged once the packing is being open.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
MyBeauty88 DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
Any product that has been opened or used (taken out from its plastic and/or box packing).
Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Any free gift product and samples.
In the event of dispute, MyBeauty88 decision shall be final and conclusive.


REFUND POLICY
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product, we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We will refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.  All refund will not be in cash basis. We will refund the cash balance in the form of store credit to your MyBeauty88 account which will allows you to make amount deduction on your next order.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Should this happen, please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged or incorrect product. The return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product.


RETURN UNDER WARRANTY POLICY
Should this happen, please return the damaged products by simply follow our Return Procedures. Buyer responsible to send back the product by their own and return delivery fee will bear by buyer. 


REFUND TIMELINE POLICY
You must return the damaged or wrong products with original packing within one week. Please note that we do not process your refund until we receive the return item or wrong item. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. We will process the refund and credit back the cash balance into your MyBeauty88 account for next order usage within a week after receiving your return.


RETURN PROCEDURES
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

1) 
Please email to us.  Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return. We will inform you once your request has been received.

2) 
Pack the returned product along with our acknowledgement email securely in a package that we can expedite your request. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure the items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.

3) 
Send the returning items to our address as stated in our acknowledgement email.

4) 
All return delivery fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

Please Note:
We would recommend customer to use traceable courier service when returning the items. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels in connection to such returns and/or exchange.


UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund by deducting the original delivery fee, handling fee and 20% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our web site.


PARCEL LOSS, DAMAGE AND/OR PARCEL NOT RECEIVE
We do not responsible for any losses and damages of parcel once the parcel pass to the shipping company for delivery. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and check contents before acknowledge receipt. In case any lost parcel happen, we will provide the air way bill copy as a proof of delivery, and you may proceed to claim the losses with the related shipping company.
