Shipping & Returns

Q. Deliveries
A. We deliver within Malaysia addresses only. We can ship to anywhere on local address that receives regular postal services. For oversea delivery, we will advise the total shipping charges according to actual parcel weight. We do not responsible for any custom taxes and duty. Please check with your local custom officer before place order.

Q. Delivery Methods
A. We use Skynet and/or Pos Laju as our appointed courier company for all the deliveries. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels and make sure the delivery address have someone to receiving the goods. Below is the summary of shipping rates per order:

Shipping Fee : 
RM6 (WEST MALAYSIA) **Postage quote for up to 2kg ONLY
RM12 (EAST MALAYSIA) **Postage quote for up to 1kg ONLY

For parcel over weight as stated above may charge additional shipping fee.
We will informed by email once receive your order if your order is over weight.



FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
** Free shipping offer for West Malaysia delivery must order above RM88.
** Free shipping offer for East Malaysia delivery must order above RM200.
** Free shipping limited for parcel weight up to 2kg for West Malaysia delivery and up to 1kg for East Malaysia delivery. Overweight parcel need to topup additional postage.
** Delivery within Malaysia address only.
** Wholesales customer not entitled free shipping offer.

Delivery Time : 
1 ~ 3 Working Days

These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for any delays due to specific reason from the shipping company. Please contact related courier company with provided tracking number to check the delivery status if you not receive your parcel after the estimate delivery time. Please be informed that delivery time frame is out of our control.

Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other public holiday periods. Although mybeauty88.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.

Q. Delivery notification
A. After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number. An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been delivered. If you do not receive the delivery notification email, you also can log in "
My Account" anytime to check the status of order.

Q. Return items
A. Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. All products are checked for quality before delivery. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition. However, we will exchange items based on the following:
a) Wrong item, size or colour has been delivered
b) Claims for exchange must be made within one week of delivery
c) Returned goods must be in original condition (not worn) with complete labels and tags

You must
contact us to informed before return the items to us. Otherwise we would not entertained those return without notification. Please note about we are not accept any return and exchange once the packing being open.

Q. Non-returnable items
A. We are sorry, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
* Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
* Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic packing).
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
* Any free gift product and samples.
* In the event of dispute, mybeauty88.com decision shall be final and conclusive.

Q. Refund policy
A. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you. We regret that we do not refund original delivery and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Q. Exchange policy
A. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures. We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return delivery fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement. Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Q. Refund timeline
A. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product. Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase (however, cash refunds are not available at present, so Direct Deposit order will be refunded by cheque) within a week of receiving your return. It takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by cheque or telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same amount of time.

Q. Return procedures
A. You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
1. Click Contact us.
2. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return in the content box area.
3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a package that we can expedite your request.
4. Send the returning items to our address as stated in our acknowledgement email.
5. All return delivery fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

Q. Undeliverable orders
A. Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original delivery fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our web site.

Q. Parcel Loss, Damage and/or parcel not receive
A. We do not responsible for any losses and damages of parcel once the parcel pass to the courier company for delivery. Please make sure the delivery address provided is correct and check contents before acknowledge receipt. In case any losses parcel happen, we will provide the air way bill copy as a proof of delivery, and you may proceed to claim the losses with the related courier company.
