Please note:
Please bank-in the total order amount exactly as we do not refund cash balance with the parcel delivery. If there any extra balance will keep in the account for next order deduction.

We will charge RM1 as a processing fee if you request to refund the extra balance. You may send us an email instruction and we will process your refund within seven working days by issuing a cheque and bank in to your account. To avoid any inconvenience caused, please make sure to bank in the total amount exactly.

We accept payment by cheque or online transfer from other bank, but please noted we only process your order after the payment cleared. If you want to receive your order urgently, PLEASE GO TO MAYBANK ATM BANK IN CASH DIRECTLY to our bank account.

We will process and deliver your order by 1~2 working days once receive your payment notification.
