How do I create an account with MYBEAUTY88?
1. First, click on the login link on the top of the page. You can also register an account with us when you checkout.
2.Secondly, click on the "Sign Up" button to register.
3.Fill in all of the details and click "Submit" button once you’re done. All details are private and confidential.
4.After clicking "Submit", your registration will be complete. You will also receive an email confirmation.

How do I edit the information on my account?
After login, click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Scroll down to find "View or change my account information" and click to edit. After finish edit, click the "Update" button to ensure your details have been saved.

What is "Address Book" and how do I change or add addresses?
Under "My Address Book" you can store additional addresses for future orders. Please note that any changes or adjustments to the address must always be made in advance of a purchase order as we are unable to amend any changes of addresses after the order is made. 
To change or add new addresses, click on the ‘view or change entries in my address book’ link and either add a new address or change your default delivery address.

How do I view orders I’ve made?
Firstly, click on the "My Account" tab. This is where you are able to see the orders you have made with us along with the corresponding order number. Click the "View" button whenever you need to check the status of your orders with us.

Can i cancel my order after paid?
Sorry, paid orders cannot be canceled or make a refund. Buyers please think clearly before proceed payment, only unpaid order is able to cancel.

What are newsletters and why should I subscribe to it?
Newsletters are usually used to keep you up to date with exclusive deals, the latest trends, and product highlights.

If i paid extra, will the over payment be able to put in the parcel and returned to me?
Pay the exact amount is the responsibility of the buyer, all over payments shall be credit in buyers account for next order use. To avoid disputes and safety issues, the balance is not placed in the parcel returned to the buyer.

How do I know whether the product is suitable for me to use it?

Please stop to use if there any redness or unusual phenomenon happen after apply. All products opened will not accept any exchange or refund. Please consider carefully before order.

Can i return or exchange the products if no effective after use?
Sorry, because skin care products and cosmetics are expendable supplies, the products effect is depend on different skin conditions, it's cannot be returned once after use. Even purchase through counter in the shopping mall also did not allow to returned.

Will all the products are guaranteed authentic?
MYBEAUTY88 established for the purpose of bringing buyers better online shopping experience, rather than doing sinister business. All the products with brand name guarantee 100% genuine import from origin country.

Why the prices selling even lower than the market?
The market sellers are mostly in shopping malls, they need to pay higher rentals, wages, other expenses and so on. Compare to our online store expenses,

All the products are ready stock or preorder?
All products are ready stock, unless with specific stated it is preorder.

Do you have physical stores which i can visit and buy directly?
We are 100% online shop. Our office open for appointment pick up only, do not serve any walk in customer. Generally all orders send out by courier delivery.

Can i paid when i received the goods or COD?
Sorry, we does not offer cash on delivery (COD) service. All orders have to pay before delivery.

If I order and paid by today, when can i receive my parcel?
MYBEAUTY88 ship order in 1 to 2 working days after payment received. Normally payment received before 1PM on weekdays can be shipped on same day, otherwise have to wait until next working days.

RETURNS

Is there a 7 day return policy?
The most common problem with online shopping is when you're not receiving what you've expected it to be. In order for you to feel at peace and confident with online shopping, we provide 7 day 100% return warranty on certain products you've purchased regardless of whether it's due to dissatisfaction or a defected item.

Refund / Return Policy:
1. The warranty is valid for 7 days upon acknowledge receiving the item.
2. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash form but in credit which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the refund credit.
3. Unless it is our mistake of sending the wrong item, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the refund credit to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount.
4. Please ensure that the item is not used and please retain the original packing. Any stains, scratches or damage caused by carelessness will not be accepted for returns.
5. Products under handphone and accessories is not returnable or exchangeable.
6. Regarding the return delivery fees, please refer to the chart below.

Each piece of our online merchandise items will be scanned through our hand for quality inspection. Because of quality standards are very subjective, tiny stains/spots, off-line, lint problem are not summed up as quality issues. If you would still want to return, these issues would fall under the "unsatisfactory" category.

If there are only some minor damage / scratches, we will also return you a credit worth a certain amount based on the severity of the damage / scratches.

If you insist on return the item, the return reason will be categorized and be processed as "Unsatisfied".
Wrong DeliveryPaid by MYBEAUTY88If you receive something which was not ordered by you, please inform us immediately! And send back the wrong item to us. Once we receive the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by MYBEAUTY88. Similarly, we will pay the delivery fees back to you in credit.
Repair / WarrantyBuyer & SellerCertain items are protected under warranty policy. If the item you purchased is not functioning within the warranty period, you have to pay for the shipping and send the item back to us for repair. Once the item is repaired, we will pay the shipping and send the item back to you.

If the item is malfunctioning after the warranty period, buyer will have to pay for the shipping fee as well as the repairing fee.

So how do I return my goods?
Items can only be returned for store credit. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service for arrangement, and send the item back to us in its original packaging. Kindly pack the item and send it back to:

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your request within 5 business days and the Store Credit would be issued. Again, please note that store credit is only granted once returned items have been deemed to be unworn and in original condition.

We apologize for not being able to credit money back into your account. For returned items we are only able to issue Store Credit to be used on your next purchase.
